About

Founder, operator, product builder.

I'm Fab Senchuri, a founder, product strategist and experience designer from Nepal. I work with founders and teams globally to turn early product ambition into clearer systems, better user experiences and buildable businesses.

Positioning

More than a designer.

My work sits between product strategy, UX research, interface design, AI workflows, software planning, business model thinking and founder-level execution.

I am most useful when a product needs both taste and structure: a clear direction, a serious user experience, practical build decisions and a business model that can survive outside a pitch deck.

Founder and operator from Nepal building for international markets.

8+ years across product design, research, software, startups, agency operations, and venture building.

Focused on ownership, AI-native products, international delivery, and long-term product clarity.

Path

From civil engineering to product.

I started on a civil-engineering path, then moved toward digital products, design, software, and entrepreneurship through self-directed work and real client problems.

Design became systems thinking.

What began as UX and interface design expanded into research, product strategy, business requirements, SaaS architecture, AI workflows, and delivery leadership.

Agency and founder lessons.

Building and operating companies taught me that ownership, alignment, documentation, and mature partnerships matter as much as talent.

Current chapter.

Today I am building Zenith as an AI-native product studio while developing owned products, advisory relationships, and selective venture positions.

Operating thesis

Ownership, clarity and global leverage.

The current chapter is about building fewer, stronger things: Zenith as the delivery engine, owned products as long-term leverage, and selected advisory or venture roles where product thinking can materially change the outcome.

I care about legal clarity, mature partnerships, product-market realism, execution quality and ownership. A good opportunity is not only interesting; it has to be structured well enough to compound.

How I work now

I build and advise through a small number of serious engagements. Some are personal advisory relationships, some become design-and-build work through Zenith Studio, and a few become venture-style collaborations where product thinking, execution and ownership all matter.

Product beliefs

Serious products need serious thinking.

AI should improve the product outcome, not decorate the pitch.

Users need to understand what the system knows, what it guessed and what they can change.

High-stakes actions need review, approval and recovery paths.

Memory is a product decision, not only a technical feature.

Current curiosity

Fewer things, built with more intent.

I am focused on AI-native products, founder tools, care and health coordination, education, proptech, dashboards, agentic workflows and niche software systems where product clarity can become a real commercial advantage.

How can I help?

Quick answers on how I work with founders — building, advising, investing, and consulting on digital products.

Build · Advise · Invest · Consult

From idea to MVP to launch — plus founder advisory, product investment, and consulting.

Clarity first

Most founders don't need more features. They need clarity on the user, the product, and what to build first.
