FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things founders usually want to know before we talk — what I do, whether we're a fit, how engagements work, and how to get started. Can't find it here? Just ask me in the chat.

What I do

The work itself — building, advising, investing, and how it relates to Zenith Studio.

What do you actually do?

I build, advise, invest, and consult on digital products. Day to day that's product strategy, MVP scoping, UX and experience design, and AI-native product thinking — helping founders turn scattered ideas into clear, buildable products.

How is this different from Zenith Studio?

Zenith Studio is my AI-native product studio — the team that designs and builds. This is me personally: the founder-level advisor, investor, and product mind you work with directly. Engagements often flow into Zenith for execution.

Do you invest?

Yes — usually beyond capital. I contribute product direction, UX clarity, technical thinking, positioning, and MVP planning to selected early-stage ventures where strong product thinking can create an unfair advantage.

Do you only work on AI products?

No. AI is a big part of what I do, but the throughline is product clarity — SaaS, care, proptech, edtech, fintech, ecommerce. Where AI belongs, I bring the discipline to make it trustworthy; where it doesn't, I'll tell you that too.

Fit

Whether we're a match — the founders and stages I work best with.

What kind of founders do you work with?

Early-stage and growing teams with serious ideas — across AI-native products, SaaS, health & care, proptech, edtech, fintech/enterprise, and ecommerce. I prefer selective, long-term work where product decisions actually matter.

Can you help even if I'm non-technical or pre-idea?

Absolutely — that's often the best time to bring me in. If you have a problem and a rough direction, I help turn it into something clear and buildable: the core loop, the riskiest assumption to test, what the MVP should actually be, and how to sequence it. You don't need to have it figured out first.

Pricing & engagement

How engagements are shaped and how I charge.

How do you charge?

It depends on the shape of the work. Advisory and consulting are usually a monthly retainer or a fixed scope; product and MVP builds run through Zenith Studio as a project. For investment-style involvement, part of it can be equity or a mix. I'll always tell you the clearest option for your situation before we start — no surprises.

What does a typical engagement look like?

A few common shapes: a one-off product/UX audit with clear recommendations; an ongoing advisory retainer where I'm your product thinking partner; MVP scoping and product definition before you build; or a full design-and-build through Zenith. We pick whichever actually fits where you are — I don't force a template.

Getting started

Timelines, first steps, and the easiest way to reach me.

How do we start working together?

A short conversation about the vision — what you're building, why it matters, and where you're stuck. From there I'll suggest a sensible first step. Book a call or drop me a message in the Chat tab.

How much time does it take to get going?

A first call is usually within a few days. For a scoped piece like an audit or MVP definition, I can often start within a week or two depending on load. Because I work selectively, I'd rather start a little later and give it real attention than overcommit.

What's the best way to reach you?

Book a call for anything substantive, or message me right here in the Chat tab. You can also email me or reach me on WhatsApp — whatever's easiest for you.

Where are you based?

Kathmandu, Nepal — working with founders and teams globally, remote-first.

Still have a question?

The fastest way is a quick call — or ask me directly in the chat, bottom-right. I read every message.
